Parisian park shot, shaving cut city, big nose syndrome, trying not to blink whilst staring at the sky...
From time to time a less weird shot is required to complete the picture; how many is it now? Too many to remember but not yet too many to count. It must be 100-200 since I started this self-portrait visual diary, I'll have to count them one of these days - and step up the pace.
My creativity is waning and I have no excuses. Love the washed out look though, don't you? I mean of the photo, not of the subject. Several layers of processing in there, doncha know. ;~S
There's something intensely personal and intimate about a shadow, especially an imperfect one.
Shadow freak, that's me, and I'm looking rather the worse for wear in this one, thanks to multiple light sources and some helpful leaves to intriguify the image just a little more. Reminds me of a rather rough and ready Venus de Milo in a Rodin stylie... Nice. ;~S
I'm rather fond of my new iPhone's dust cover, which is about all it's good for. As well as a bit of a weak laugh: 'Keep Calm and Carry On' it says. Us stoic old Brits through and through, that is. ;~S
